The resort offers 54 condominium units and suites in a beachfront three-story light gray building without elevators facing the Caribbean. Each unit and suite includes a sea-view patio or balcony and a full kitchen equipped with four-burner range, microwave oven, dishwasher, and icemaker refrigerator. Lunch menu of salads, sandwiches, burgers, beer-battered shrimp, grilled fish, blackened prime rib, pasta. Dinner menu features escargot, salads, pork Marsala, lobster, pasta.
