| Le Chambertin - Situated at the front of the hotel, the split-level fine dining restaurant is intimate and decorated in pastel hues. The restaurant has high backed chairs draped in soft pinks, arrangements of simple white carnations, white tablecloths, ornate chandeliers, large windows, subtle lighting, watercolor paintings and classical music. Fish, game, beef and lamb frequently feature on the modern Scottish à la carte menu. The restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner, but closed on Sunday evenings. The Carvers Table - This former banking hall is tastefully decorated in green and brown and has brown marble pillars, chandeliers, ornate lamps and a central glass dome. Tables are well-spaced offering privacy for dinners, but can easily be arranged to accommodate larger groups. The central area often doubles up as a dance floor during the hotel’s special theme nights. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all served as a buffet with fresh fish, roast meats and vegetarian options. Clans Bar - Clan crests from all over Scotland are displayed in glass cabinets, black leather sofas, an open fire and dark wood furnishings combine to give the bar a country club feel. Light snacks are available from early morning until late at night. Lobby Lounge - Pastries, sandwiches, cakes, tea and coffee are served throughout the day in the light and relaxed raised lobby. Highland tea with fresh scones, shortbread and pastries is served daily at 3pm. |
