Driving directions from Baltimore–Washington International Airport: Head west on I-195. Then head north on I-95. At exit 49B, take the ramp to the left onto I-695 (Baltimore Beltway Inner Loop) toward Towson. Take exit 27A for Dulaney Valley Rd. Take the second left onto Southerly Rd. Stay right at the fork and take the exit for Rte 244 W (Columbia Pike/Navy Annex). Proceed to the hotel on the right.

Getting there: Shuttles are available for $26–35 for the first passenger and $5–15 for each additional passenger. Taxis cost more than $36. Rental cars are also convenient and are available online. All fees subject to change without notice.

Getting around: A multitude of shops and restaurants are within walking distance via the skywalk to Towson Town Center. To reach other nearby destinations within a three-mile radius, guests can take advantage of the hotel's complimentary shuttle service. Otherwise, rental cars are the best bet for navigating the area around the hotel as well as greater Baltimore. Rental cars are available online.

Amenity highlights: After using the fitness center, guests can unwind in saunas, a marble-rimmed spa tub, and a lap pool, or relax on two balconies that overlook Goucher College's parklike campus. Or they can cross the skywalk into Towson Town Center to find 100 stores, restaurants, and services. One mile south of the hotel, Towson's main artery of York Road is lined with a billiards lounge, movie theaters, numerous small restaurants, and a bookstore.

Insider tip: Guests can grab lunch, flowers, and homemade goodies at the Towson Farmers Market, located 1 mile south and open Thursdays between late June and October. For great coffee and cocoa, they can cross the skywalk into Towson Town Center and head to Gloria Jean's on the third level.
