Getting around: Guests can shop and dine in the immediate area of the hotel, but most guests rent a car for at least part of their stay because driving is the best way to reach attractions farther away. Palomar Limousine runs shuttles from next door at Legoland to the Oceanside Coaster (commuter rail) station for roundtrip fares of $16–25 for adults and $5–15 for children 12 and under.
