Getting there: A good option is the NY Airport Express bus from JFK or LaGuardia, or the Olympia Express bus from Newark (all $5–15). They make only designated stops in town, but one of their stops is Grand Central Station, less than a block from the hotel. Getting around: Walking is an excellent way to see the sights in the immediate area. For other destinations, the subway is a good choice, especially during rush hour (less than $5; fees subject to change without notice). Taxis are another good option for getting around town. Rental cars are not recommended.
