Driving directions from JFK: Take I-678 (Van Wyck Expy) north to I-495 (Long Island Expy) west. Take the Queens Midtown tunnel and exit to 37th St/38th-40th Sts. Turn left on E 37th St, then turn right on Park Ave. Turn right on E 42nd St and the hotel is on the left.

Driving directions from Newark: Follow signs to take US 1/US 9 north to I-95 (New Jersey Tpke) north (toll road). Take I-495 to the Lincoln Tunnel and exit to West Side Hwy/40th St. Turn right on W 42nd St, then turn left on 3rd Ave. Turn right on E 46th St, then right on 2nd Ave. The hotel is on the right.

Getting there: There are express buses from all three airports into the city ($5–15). They only make specific stops, but one of their stops is Grand Central Station, right across from the hotel, making the buses the best option for most parties. Getting around: Walking is the best way to reach nearby attractions, and to experience the pulse of the city. For other destinations, the subway is a good option (less than $5; fees subject to change without notice), especially during rush hour. Taxis are another good choice for getting around town.
