Getting there: For solo travelers, the best option from any of the airports is a shuttle van ($16–25). Groups of two or more generally find that a taxi is a better value ($26–35 from LaGuardia; more than $36 from JFK and Newark). (All fees subject to change without notice.)

Getting around: There are numerous shops and attractions within a short walk of the hotel, and walking is an excellent way to get a feel for the city. For other destinations, the subway is a good choice, especially during rush hour (less than $5; fees subject to change without notice). Taxis are another good way to get around town. Rental cars are not recommended.
