Driving directions from Portland International Airport: Take Airport Way to I-205 S. Then take I-84 W for about six miles. Stay in the middle lane and follow the signs for City Center. When the highway splits, bear left. Stay in the right lane and take the exit for OMSI/Morrison St. Turn right onto the Morrison Bridge and continue straight as it becomes Washington St. Turn right onto Fourth Ave. Turn left onto Oak St. Turn left onto SW Broadway and continue one block to the hotel on the left.

Getting there: One of the best ways to reach the hotel is via MAX, Portland's light-rail line. It makes the trip to downtown in 35 minutes for less than $5. Riders take the Red Line to Pioneer Square North and walk two blocks north to the hotel. Taxis are also readily available and cost $26–35. Getting around: Downtown Portland is a great place for walking. The blocks are short, and loads of shopping and restaurants are available. Within the downtown core (dubbed Fareless Square), rides on the MAX light rail (two blocks away), Portland streetcar, and buses are free, making public transportation popular as well.
