The Aerie Restaurant - Located on the Lodge's 10th floor, Snowbird's flagship restaurant serves grilled pork loin chops, sake-marinated salmon, and other New American dishes in a large room with shoji screens and mountain views. Open for dinner.

The Aerie Lounge & Sushi Bar - Comfortable sofas create an inviting setting for drinks, sushi, and lighter bites at this bar on the 10th floor.

Keyhole Junction and Cantina - Chili verde, carnitas, and other Tex-Mex dishes top the menu at this Southwestern-influenced café. Open for lunch and dinner (based on season). The adjacent cantina offers an extensive selection of tequilas, Utah microbrews, and apres-ski appetizers, along with several TVs and live music two days a week.

The Atrium - Set beneath the hotel's massive glass windows, this light-filled café serves coffee drinks and fresh pastries each morning. This 10-story slopeside hotel is the flagship property at the Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort, in Little Cottonwood Canyon, 25 miles east of downtown Salt Lake City.
