Getting around: The hotel is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and attractions. Taxis—best arranged by phone—are convenient for short distances. Also, there is no charge for bus travel within most of downtown, beginning one block west of the hotel. Although rush hour traffic is heavy, it is also possible to drive downtown; parking garages are generally easier to find than on-street parking. Rental cars are definitely the best bet for travel beyond the immediate area.
